Also in the message box below tell about the home life style the dog will have with you and your family.  Copy and paste all the questions (1-11) into the message box and answer all the questions.  If you do not know how to copy and paste just follow these instruction here to help you with this simple process.

How to Copy and Paste: Just hi-light all the questions with your mouse. Holding down the left button of your mouse to hi-light the questions than use right mouse button to copy.  Go to the message box put your mouse pointer into box and click on right mouse button and select paste.  Now you are ready to answer all the questions from the message box.  Note: If you like to give additionally information beyond the questions here that ok, but try to keep it short and add that information at the end of the questionnaire.

# 7  And tell a little bit about your experience and knowledge of the Labradors or dogs in general.

# 8  And let it be known your training plans for the dog such as, crate, basic training classes, sports, etc.

# 9  Do you have children? if so how many? and their age?

# 10  This questionnaire for adult only 18 and older: Your age? If not single your spouse age?

# 11  Your telephone number?

Note: The Labs from Servant have most of their basic training but a rescue Labs may or may not have any training and you need to be willing to do the basic training with these dogs so as to produce a good companion pet.

Servant's Labradors adult Labs or rescue dogs need to land into committed homes with knowledgeable people who will love them as a individual for their life time and screening of future homes is a must.  Thank you for your help in doing this questionnaire, and for your patience, and understanding.

Note: Servant's Labradors reserves the right to refuse a sale of it's Labrador puppies or adult Labs to anyone. Keep in mind this kennel puts it's puppies and adult dogs well being  first and it's customers desire of purchase second.
