"The Ready Date, and what to expect" |
Question one: What is the ready date? That is the date when the puppies are ready to leave their mom and go into their new homes. Question two: When are the puppies ready to go into their new homes? I like to let the puppies go between the age of seven to eight weeks old all depends on the circumstance at the time. Most of the time the puppies are about seven in half weeks old... all depends on how the weekend falls close to their eight weeks of age. I prefer to let them go starting on a Friday and end on a Saturday... If all is possible I normal start letting the puppies start to leave on a Friday so that the pups has a three day weekend to adjust to their new families before the kids go back to school and other weekly activities start to take place. If you pick up your puppy up on a Saturday try to take that following Monday off of work, that is if no one will be at home on that day. Question three: What to expect once you place a deposit:? You will receive three documents via email that will prepare you for your puppy before the ready date. Question four: When to expect a appointment date and time for puppy pick up? One or two weeks before the ready date. You will be notified via email or by phone. Be sure to email me your phone number the day of your deposit. Question five: What to expect when I come to pick up my puppy? On the day of pick up you will receive AKC papers, copies of health information on the parents,
and puppy food if needed. You will also receive a pet health record, health guarantee, and purchase receipt. You will receive a NuVet
sample if available
